  • How do I change my password or email address?
    To change the email address: Click on the member profile icon and go to Profile. Click on Edit profile. Scroll down to the Login Information section. Click on Change email. Enter the new email address and confirm the password. Click on Change. Note: Members can use the Reset link or create a password if they do not remember their password or if they originally signed up through a social media account. To change the password: Click on the member profile icon and go to Profile. Click on Edit profile. Scroll down to the Login Information section. Click on Change password. Enter the current password in the Your password field, then the new password in the New password and Confirm new password fields. Click on Change. Note: Members can use the Reset link or create a password if they do not remember their password or if they originally signed up through a social media account.
  • How do I delete my account?
    Currently, it is not possible for members to delete their own account. Members can do this by contacting us at our email address.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept credit and debit card payments.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    We ship only to Canada and USA. Send us an email so we can consider adding your country to our list of places where we ship.
  • What are your shipping options, associated costs and delivery times?

  • How can I track my order?
    You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is shipped, and a link to track its status.
  • How to find the status of your order?
    You can check your account on the website or you will receive a confirmation email after your purchase, as well as another email once your order has been shipped (with tracking number).
  • What should I do if there is a problem with my order (missing item, damaged item, etc.)?
    Please contact customer service at this email address info@faihbeauty.com within 48 hours of receiving your order to report any issues.
  • Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
    Yes, you can cancel or change your order before it is shipped. Please contact customer service to make changes.
  • What is the procedure in case of wrong address in the order?
    We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
  • What is your return and exchange policy?
    We offer a return or credit within 30 days for non-satisfaction. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The refund may take up to 14 business days after receipt. The return is free for Canadian orders, made on the original payment method, less shipping costs. We can withhold the shipping charge if applicable No exchange.
  • How do I return a product?
    Please contact us. If your return is accepted, we will send you an email with a return label and further instructions.
  • What should I do if I have an allergic reaction?
    Stop using the product and contact your health care provider or 911 in an emergency.
